1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

2. Immediate Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped:

Outcome: If the order has not been processed, we will issue a full refund immediately to your original payment method.

4. Effects of Cancellation & Refunds
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than our standard free delivery).

Deductions: We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (e.g., using the items, damaging the packaging of tech accessories, or wearing shoes outdoors).

Refund Timeline: We will process the refund no later than 7 business days after the day we receive the goods back from you.
5. Return Shipping Following Withdrawal

Responsibility: You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
